Westside Center is a 61,000-square-foot office building in the Mansell Road corridor at 10745 Westside Parkway in Alpharetta, Georgia. Phoenix, in financial partnership with Quarter Circle Capital of Omaha, Nebraska, acquired the property, investing approximately $9 million on the acquisition and renovation of three-story building. Phoenix Atlanta Partners recently signed a long-term lease for the US headquarters of V.T. Griffin Services, the US subsidiary of VT Services, a multinational company based in Great Britain. VT Griffin occupies more than 23,000 square feet in Westside Center. Phoenix has relocated its offices to the first floor of the building and will continue to manage and lease the property.
